i'm on a "clean bulking diet." Since i'm a hard gainer I eat about every 3 1/2 hours but only clean healthy food. Usually chicken breats and things like that. Plus protien shakes.

I do the South Beach, lost 38lbs my first go, gained a few back, lost another 10lbs... It's not the most permanent weight loss (when you're off it you gain weight like a mofo), but it's quick and easy.

atkins... last year i lost 55lbs in 3 months...
I got of the diet last novemeber.... and my last cycle of roids made me gain 20lbs, so ive been back on atkins for the last 1.5 weeks and lost 10lbs .. so imm happy shit takes no time for me

but i've now lost 15lbs in about 3 weeks, you are supposed to loose fast then it will taper off as you get closer to your goal weight

i did the atkins diet and lost 85 pounds over the course of 1.5 years...now just chilling eating what i want, and working out 4-5 days a week!

watch your calories. dont eat much let your stomach "shrink" and then once you get to that point, eat until that intial "full feeling" if you have more food leave it or eat it for the next meal. just stay active. keep away from fast food and soft drinks. I lost 25 pounds just doing that.
^you got it, and also watch what you eat after 8 at night. TRUST ME, if you go to applebee's or fridays late late at night and have a meal, you will be jiggly the next day. I gained 3 lbs in one night just by eating there, dont do it!
