How to improve Atlanta

Atlanta's rail system is flawed for the fact that the city was built first then they said, "oh, let build a rail system". It does not work like that, NYC and Chicago systems started getting built in the early 1900's way before population boomed, while MARTA is not even 35 years old. How will they go about expanding the system? Working underneath a city that has bad traffic on a good day, dont even hold your breath for and upgrade. IMO a city's rail system is supposed to be built first and then you expand to accomdate population boom, not the other way around.

You shouldn't post until you actually know what you're posting about. Atlanta had the same form of rail system that other cities had back in the early 1900s. In fact, trolleys came into Atlanta as early as the late 1880s and ran through the 1940s. They were called trolleys and Atlanta had trolley lines back then. Know your history, dummy.

Dumbass, is a trolley a subway? NO a subway travels underground not on the street and it does not have cables. A trolley system is not that hard to accomplish, know your facts buddy. SUBWAY is the key word not TROLLEY
Since you need special attention, I meant the rail part of MARTA, I know its not 70-80 years old
