Sure, lets poll all the people who have shot and killed their fellow man using varying armaments so we can make a really good comparison.

As a side note, you're still not getting what I'm saying. I'm not advocating one over the other, all I'm saying is a proper hand gun is more than adequate for self defense. Unless you're honestly arguing otherwise I don't know why you're posting.
