What kind of suitcase would you recomend for...

my travel backs are soft front and back with abs plastic around the sides, which keep it from being disformed looking. i got a big one, medium one, and small one for about 250 at the airport.

I recently got a soft one and am planning to put a thin film of plexi glass right inside the frame so it cannot get cut into or ripped as easily. I got one with the four wheels so it's easier to carry and less likely to tip over to the front when it's full.

id go with a hard one. better to be safe then sorry.

I am pretty sure I am going to go with a hard one for my second checkin for shoes and fragile items.

id go with the soft ones with reinforcement interiors, just cause when i travel every one with hard suitcases have skuff marks all over them and the soft suitcases all look like new. but it all depends on your choice and area of travel your not going to a jungle are you

That is the only drawback to a hard case and no, I am not planning to visit the jungle during this trip.

I agree. I need to find a place where I can get one for a decent price. I am going to check out the Samsonite store at Discover Mills.
