any HK will rape your whole family, no matter who you are. USP .45 Compact IS going to be my next gun purchase...well, either that or an FN Five-Seven.

I was thinking about getting a Five-Seven. The more I thought about it, the less I wanted it though. It seems like a badass gun with 20rds in the clip and being able to shoot 200yrds, but the stopping power is minimal with the tiny bullets.Originally Posted by KPowerEP3

Actually, it was adopted for a number of other, not retarded reasons. The round is lighter so a soldier can carry a greater number of rounds. The muzzle velocity produced is higher so the round has a flatter trajectory within its effective range. The probability of a target being grievously wounded rather than killed is greater when compared to the 7.62x51mm round, in a battle a wounded enemy is actually better than a dead one (most military AP mines are designed to wound). Recoil is extremely moderate, especially in automatic fire.Originally Posted by BanginJimmy
As a side note, its the 5.56mm NATO round and not the .223 that the military uses. Yep, they're different.
