    because the funds he was going to use to move back, would be replaced be the tickets and he wouldnt be able to move back. especially if it was over 1000$ in tickets.

    so say he moved to georgia and got pulled over? could a cop see it?
    and would texas make any type of move to find him?

    the way i see it, they dont know where he would be going after texas. so for GA to see it, that means it would have to be sent to every state in the country. and i can't see them sending that kind of information to every state, to catch a kid with a couple unpaid speeding tickets.

    the thing he is worried about most is texas telling GA to suspend his licesnse...
