As far a recommending something for a beginner, I dont know, Im not really one to "coach" or recommend something for a beginner. However if I went bowling with you I could suggest some things to help. I think Storm has some balls that would be good for you, they all react to a specific lane condition and it is kinda hard to tell you. If I saw you throw a ball I could probably help. Dunno man, lets set up a damn meet in Roswell. Oh, and about throwing a sixteen lb ball, I think you could, you would adapt pretty quickly I would think, If not 16, 15 or 14 at least. holla
