I'm pretty sure it was some old tennis courts or something with quarter pipes and fun boxes and stuff built in. I don't remember, I went right when it opened and it was always crowded, but my friend who goes occasionally said it's not bad unless you go when all the little noobs would. I.E. - weekend days.
