A lot of people use no-xplode for a "pump" and energy/endurance in the gym....
any kind of creatine will give u strength/endurance.you'll gain weight but with time after you stop using it, you'll lose all of it..my suggestion, stay as natural as possible..no-xplode can help. or n02 or something along those lines.
