back up in this piece..just moved and i have an extra room where the total gym is setup. all that is needed now is to go to GNC and get the ripped kit :D
dont go to the gym on an eat stomach your hurting your self doing that... eat some protein.. peanut butter or drink a protein shake if not your body will eventually breakdown muscle and little fat so its not healthy. if you want to lose weight the right way. Watch what you eat. eat low glycemic proteins cut the carbs after 6:30-7pm and slow cut down calorie each week. if you normally consume 4000 cut it down to 3500 the next week. that about equivelant to 2 big snacks. instead eating chips and what not for snacks eat an apple or banana.
im not saying im the biggest guy or what not but i have lost 12lbs this semester while in school this way.
i was 5'5 155 on jan 1st now im 143lbs. im naturally pretty built so its no alot of fat. but just work out 4 times a week for a hour
goal is burn 2000cal a week = -1lb
I haven't been to the gym in a long time. But I'm about to get a membership somewhere else at one.
Before I got sick I did 300 situps, and 300 crunches.
50 lunges
jump rope
taekwondo
Run 3 miles
Bike 1
But now that i'm getting the hang of it again:
150 situps, 150 cruches
Run 1 mile
Bike 2 miles
(Do this every OTHER day) God willing....
I am about to buy that Ab Rocket thing..looks like it would be good for me. :bump:

I'm on a 12 week program which focuses on the whole body throughout the weeks by breaking up the muscle group into days I.E. 2-Day Split, 3-Day Split...etc.
I'm currently on Hydroxycut Hardcore, NOxplode, and Celltech. My diet mainly consist of alot of chicken, fish, and beef. Even though I've shed alot of unwanted fat, I'm not really going for the ripped look than most for strength and keepin' a big body. Besides...fuk a 6-pack, big guys are 'In'.

It's all about that explosion. I.E. Dumbbell curls. Lower the weight slowly...then explode up with the weight, it'll break down the muscle alot faster than normal reps.
