    Default computer problems.. again

    ok so this time vista wont let me log on the computer normally because my copy of vista is not genuine. But thing is, the copy of vista came with the computer already installed on it and i put in the product key but it still didnt work.. how do i get it to work??
    and shouldnt my copy of vista be genuine since it came with the computer??
