    man up and just be mentally tough. when you start to ask for one or feel like your going to buy a pack just tell yourself no.

    nicorette + random working out sessions coughing like a motherfuker + a hookah lol (i know it defeats the purpose but its not addictive and it helps you get that smoke flowing thru you feeling to get rid of the psychological addiction)

    I haven't smoked a cig since new years.... Saved a lot of money already

    = enough

    its been about a month

    I am in the same boat. I started when I was 15 and now I am 26. I have tried to quit but its damn difficult. I quit for a month once but I gained like 30 pounds. I started back smoking and suddendly stopped eating so much. I agree with alot of comments on here. It has alot to do with determination and the right method of motivation.

    Dont buy cigartes ur self, only smoke when someone ask u to smoke one with them. This wil cut town on throwing money away, and ur health.
