As fuking horrible as this sounds....I saw this on Oprah yesterday. There were two people that were introduced to this method by Dr. OZ and they have been doing it for a few months now and they swear by it. Give it a try, I think I will.

I saw a chick doin it on TV and she seemed completely fine. No gargling or gasping for air or nothing. I know what you're sayin though.
