    Exclamation Roommate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    i want to move out becuz i hate my place i rent out, im looking to spend 350 - 400 a month depends on utilities and im in suwanee area, as long as its not too far cuz my girl lives in alpharetta so dont wanna go to much farther than that

    i got 2 rooms for rent in my house (duluth)... but i won't rent to just anyone..

    1 room - 480 plus utilities/split chores.. 1 garage space

    or

    2 rooms - 600 plus utilities/split chores.. 1 garage space


    just fyi...

    no bs allowed in this house.. no parties.. no bringing lots of friends over.. etc etc..

    3 bedroom house.. 3 side brick. 2 1/2 bath.

    its just me and my 2 little dogs and my girl comes through all the time.
