Do you vote and why or why not?

I don't vote being as in, this is my first time eligible. Although I feel I'm not going to because then I figure if I don't vote I can't complain about our situation and I try not to take any political side because I can't find one to suit me. People say find the lesser of two evils but I say why when I can just sit back and let the other millions make the group decision and complain about their actions later.
