do you want size? or do you want to be 180 ripped?
either way, you want to eat as if you are at the size you want to be
i.e. if you want to be 180, eat like you're 180. which will probably mean you will have to increase the intake of your calories. not necessarily buncha junk food, but just eat more.
and genetics plays a role too. some people can go from 150 -> 200. some people can go from 150 ->155.
just continue lifting heavy for a while. 4->6 reps of like 5-6 sets. and get a good 2.5 minute (2min 30 second) rest between sets. watch your form too. you don't want to put yourself in a situation where you injure yourself and can't do **** for a while (like me). as far as eating, continue eating a lot. eat a lot before you sleep. not right after, but a little after.
i have used creatine. it works great. now i haven't used creatine w/ nitric oxide mixed. i don't really feel comfortable with nitric oxide as i don't believe there has been too much research on it which brings to question the risk factors involved. but creatine generally works good (some people use it without any effects).
