In TIffany's defense, she cant really have a lengthy conversation until she takes a lunch break. Working at a call center you are on the phone 98% and about all you can do is post for a couple seconds. my wife works with 160+ lines for an office she helps run and when she calls me its alwyas "hold on for a minute" which turns to 5 lol not a good way to conduct business when you are trying to get a serious point across to authorities.
