1/2 tsp lemon juice
2 tbls good whiskey,
good bourbon or try spiced rum!:-)
1 tbls honey
1 cinnamon stick
1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional)
Put all into large mug, stir with cinnamon stick!!

On Topic: Well if your near Smyrna look up Dr. Harvey D. Braunfeld, I think hes walk in, call ahead to be sure. His office is on Patmell Rd. like five minutes from Batlground. He's a pretty crappy doctor, but he's not affraid to throw lots of drugs at you!
