i dont know about the adam and eve part but it is proven that EVERYONE originally descended from africa.
skin had changed over time to adapt to the climate. i believe its the amount of vitaminD, or E that you are exposed to from the sun.
hence europeans being very light skinned and the africans being dark skinned. its a natural protection.
