My identity doesn't need to be revealed, who I am shouldn't change the value of what I have to say. Unfortunatly when everybody's debating a persons background tends to make their arguement null. Not that I'm a member or former member of this forum.

Using a persons past or identity to trump their point on an arguement is called a Falacicious arguement. You are correct, your past or identity should not make a difference on the outcome or stance of your arguement. But your statements will. You inability to take color out of the equation and look at it from a logical, law abiding citizen standpoint is what makes your arguement shallow. Not who you are.
