The law and justice system in america is all fucked up. If it weren't fucked up then we would have equality and justification in all purposes no matter what the case is. But the law system in america has and always will be fucked up because of color boundries.....

a) There are racist cops
b) there are racist judges
c) there are racist jurors
d) there has never been another color besides white for presidency in america.

Just last week in miami dade a police officer was shot to death in a routine traffic stop......Alot of people were outraged but when i go to miami alot of people were saying "the officer deserved it just like most of them do"

there still good cops and bad cops out there and i know this first hand dealing with my 20+ run in's with the police ever since i was 8 years old.
Cops are humans with real life issues too, sometimes police officers don't "leave there problems at the door" and tend to take there anger and agression out in the jobs they do on a daily basis...you can usually tell the good cops from bad cops but at the end of the day they are just people too that bleed the same blood and drink the same water....But with the badge on they become this all powerful enity called the "THE LAW"

Did you miss the Saddam execution? Not a very positive example, but one that involved a hanging none-the-less.
I fully agree with Glides on the subject. It's about what is and what isn't against the law. The white kids were offensive, sure, but they didn't break the law. The black kids who committed the assault did break the law.
Have you not heard of the horrific crimes commited by whites against blacks which involved the use of a noose? It was called lynching.
To bring back the noose, even as a gesture indicating that the tree was reserved for whites is wrong. It may not be illegal to hang a noose but what if some black kids went ahead and demonstrated the same kind of gesture by any other means? It'd surely be called a threat and there'd be punishment for that.
What message were these white kids trying to convey? Why didn't the school take action against what can be viewed as a threat?
At the end of the day the black kids did commit a crime but their punishment was UNJUST. Those five other black boys haven't been charged yet but those demonstrators are there protesting to make sure charging those boys with an exxagertaed sentence doesn't happen.
They weren't there the first time around and look at what happened. If anybody was charged with 15 years they'd call for FAIR justice as well.
