P.S. For those who just post here and won't even take the time to read let me say it again. I don't eat fast food, I eat healthy home cooked meals, I drink over 8 glasses of water a day and I work out 5-6 days a week.
The problem is that since I decided to quit smoking over 1 year 1/2 ago I gained over 15lbs and I can't get rid of them and NO I don't plan to smoke again to lose weight.
