ive lost 15 pounds in the last 2 months from just not eating carbs after 5. Your body stores carbs for energy the next day, if it doesnt have any, it goes for alternate sources, such as....FAT! Good way to lose a beer belly in no time! Working out in the morning is a bitch tho, so eat a whole hearted breakfast and work out a little later than usual. I need to get back into this process, the last week or so I havent done anything, and I feel like crap. If it werent so deathly humid I'd go run, but I'll just eat my Chips A Hoy instead.
