NO FAST FOOD,NO POP,NO COOKIES,ice cream,candies ect ect for a whole month,NO CHINESE FOOD!
Start cooking ur meal insted buying it outside. Eat in moderation 4-6 times a day by looking at the CAL u eat at the nutrition line.
