NO. It seriously doesn't hurt that bad.. I'm a chick and I didn't cry. Mine took about 3 hours and it just started hurting towards the end because sitting still that long makes me kinda twitchy and she started tattooing on my hip bone. don't worry. But don't get your girlfriends name either.. bad idea.
