I know Richard. He used to be into Honda's. He had a couple of crx's back in the day with b16's and he was the first guy in town to do a b20vtec. I can vouch for him. I know you don't know me but anyone who has been around longer than 2-3 years will know me as having the two second gen integra turbos a couple years ago.
