You got lucky. If you're under 21 and you're doing 24+ over the speed limit its usually automatic suspension of your license. 36 over and he should've put you in cuffs and carried you off to a jail cell, and impounded your car.

I got 3 tickets within 3 months of getting my car. One for 19 over, 25 over and 14 over. I went to court and got them all dropped. Just go to the court date and talk to the DA, thats what I did. Or call Geico and find out when the next defensive driving course is, they do it cheap and take that in there. You dont have to have your driving record with you, I didnt any of the times.

Get a Blinder Laser Jammer. I've installed a few. They jam all laser guns. No radar, but almost nobody is using radar anymore. Got em on my web site

i got a radar detector/ laser scrambler off ebay. called a rocky mountain something. it works a lot better than i thought it would. it gets very good reaction time on radar, at least 10-15 seconds in most situations and ive never got a laser ticket so i guess its working there too. its cheap and works.

not 15 over. but the minimum to not lose your license. If they say you can plead nolo, you get one time. otherwise get a lawyer to not lose your license.

Oh shit you too... I was going 70 in a 45, and im only 20. I go to court monday. Im hopin they will lower it like two miles an hour, so then I can keep my license. What im going to do is be like yah I fucked up, but if theres anything I can to do keep my license I will do it. Hopefully they will say ok and make me do community service or defensive drivers class. Im also going to mention that I go to school and work full time, maybe Ill get lucky. Ill let you know if my strategy works. My ticket is $171.I think thats pretty low for a ticket price.

Some law advice told me not to pay the ticket because I would probably lose my license and shit, but if I go to court then the judge might lower my sentence, any body been in a situation like this before? Lemme know
same thing happ to me 3 weeks ago and i have to go to court
