When my buddies and I leave the slot car track up there during the weekday at night, the security always comes to us with their little SUV with green lights and tells us to make it quick and leave.

At one point they thought we were going to try and steal my buddy's car, a 993 turbo, because we were eyeing closely. We went along with it and in the end my buddy unlocked the car and we all got a laugh out of it. From then on, that specific guy always comes by and chats for a little bit. Well hey, at least you know they watch out the cars when they can.

The bottom line is that they are just doing their jobs, like you and I are doing our jobs. Don't take offense in it. They work for the mall and you're on their turf.
