The last time I checked, the government does not own malls. Therefore they are private property. So why do you guys get so butt-hurt when someone tells you to leave or stop defacing their property? It's the same as someone telling you to get off their lawn. They pay for it so they have the right to tell you to keep off it. If you choose to ignore their request, then there are consequences. That's all there is to it.
