The days has come that live hookers carry less virus's then the online ones. stop downloading porn. stop downloading pirated programs. now goto www.download.com and get yourself a copy of spybot and ad aware. run both reboot run them again and call it a day assuming it isnt anything really nasty. there are also a few websites that do decent online virus scans such as trendmicro : http://housecall.trendmicro.com/hous...start_corp.asp

if that still doesnt fix it you need a more serious approach but normally that will do it.
