well, mr. kidd is in the process of moving out and i will have his room available by the end of june. i don't care if his room gets rented out or not. its more a matter of if it gets rented out, to whom.


if you dont know me and i don't know you, dont bother wasting your time. i will not rent the room out to just anybody. im not hard up for money to the point of living with someone i dont know and dont trust.

300/month plus divide all utilities by 3. and house chores will be split up.
