Basically I have to suffer for someone that works for the people who suspends Liscences In philly, Mistakes!They aint turn in the paperwork for me to get credit for my suspension.So i have to start all over again So i can earn my vredits to get my liscence back

Men a old suspension in Philly that was suppose to end in feb. is only takin effoect now cause they claim they didnt recieve the form saying i know accpet my liscence being suspended.and i know i did i even paid the woman in the place where i paid my ticket to send it off cause they was a aplication fee.But orlando is tellin me to ge my lliscence i have to call philyl and pay a reinstement free.So right now I am fucked!I need to beable to go work and do wat i have to do.but ,y thing is how can the suspend an out of staes liscence i dont even have a philly liscence
