most recent example: they locked my account because i bought a monster at a gas station, and then went back out and payed for gas with the same card. i later go to pay for something, it's not working, so i call the customer service number. i get the automated tree, and of course there's no option for "inquire as to why the fuck my card isnt working when i have sufficient funds on the account", or any 'connect me directly to a customer service rep' number, so i just went ahead and connected to some open new account bs and had them send me to the accounts/atm dep't. i talk to the lady for like 20 mins, she says it's fixed. i go back in to pay, and no. i try again like 10 mins later(even though she said it'd work fucking immediately) and no. i call again, and after dealing with the tree again, and another customer service rep, it finally gets fixed. thankfully i made him stay on the line for me the untill it went through cause it fucked up again the first time he said he fixed it. similar situations have happened.
