Lost a filling

Man this is a blast, a nice shootin pain from my tooth into my sinuses and a dull constant pain all over the right side of my head. I want to get some vice grips and just yank the fucker out. On top of it, I have been sick for the last few days and am running a fever. I just thought I would bitch about it.

Uh, you may have an infection. I would go to the dentist about that. That whole "Hey, this could kill me" thing kinda concerns me.
