i take green tea pills.. they boost your metabolism, surpress your appetite and give an energy boost!!
sobe green tea is good too.. always gives me extra energy

Just goto GNC and get some 100% whey protein (strawberry my favorite). Put it in a blender with yogurt, strawberries, banannas, and pineapple juice. That should give you an extra boost since your body uses protein as your second source of energy (behide carbs). Damn I really did learn something is health.

Ultra mega green tea..twice a day. One 1/2 hr before breakfast and 1.5 hr before lunch + Centrum Multivitamin...That will let u stay up all day..and stay away from lunesta.

i have drank a total of 4 cocaines in the past month. none of which have gotten me buzzed. i get more buzzed off mountain dew than anything. all they did was take a redbull, throw some food coloring and Big Red zestiness and say its close to actual coke. BULLSHIT
