Try to incorporate the following top energy boosting foods into your diet when you feel fatigue setting in: eggs, figs, molasses, green veggies, almonds, beets, oatmeal, lentils, bananas, sardines , yogurt, apples, brown rice, cantaloupe and parsley. Also keep in mind that lack of water is the number one cause of fatigue. See if eating those foods helps boost your energy and let me know, then I may try it as well.
