Im new to the Covington/Conyers area and I was wondering if there was anyone here that goes out on a regular basis....and if so....where are some good spots in this area and even Atlanta?

EDIT: if you wanna hit up some clubs in Gwinett. go to the La Vaca(Some nights are for blacks and some are for latinos.) Its on Pleasent hill,(since you're white) Wild Bills(its also on Pleasent Hill). Next to it, theres a (bar or pool room) called Pool Room.
if you know wheres Gwinnett Mall you can't miss them

Well, I actually move to Covington Friday, so I know the area a little because my mom lives there, but I dont know the bar scene at all. I'm sure that I will come up to that area, especially if the places are better there.

um...i don't kno about the covington area, but i know you're off I-20 right? you can go to buckhead or midtown. all the bars are there.
buckhead bars/clubs = hole in the wall, jackrabbit, tongue and groove, east andrews, mood lounge, lotus lounge
midtown= compound, 112, velvet room, 1150, sutra

Depends on what type of atmosphere you want, AND if you are 21.
The Trifecta - Buckhead, College scene, lots of younger kids 21+ (Peachtree Tavern, Moondogs, Hole in the Wall)
Club scene (too many fucking asians) - Fever (Atlanta), Tongue and Groove (Buckhead) and Compound (Midtown) are my recommendations. If you like a trashy type atmosphere, there's always Mako's in Buckhead.
Virginia Highlands - Chill spot, lots of bars, places to be are Atkins Park, Hand in Hand, Dark Horse Tavern, or Neighbors. All cool and always packed on weekends.
Aiko is a damn Sushi bar turned into Club at night, I think it's gay.
Give me a shout if you are in the area, I'm usually at any given spot on the weekends, and Thursday we dominate the beer pong tournament at Hole in the Wall.

Well, I'm not 21. BUT I still go out and drink. As far as where I am now, I can get into a lot of 21+ clubs.....but I dont know anyone in GA.
So.....thats basically the reason I was asking because I need 18+ bars. =(

Ok. I like those too. I live on OSU campus (basically), so house parties are everywhere.
really we are either somewhere getting drunk or out at meets, just cause there isnt shit to do out here. if i'm in conyers on a weekend we just hang out and drink till we are 4 year old retarded children. but since summer is here most of the time i'm out at meets more but once or twice a month we still make time for some drunkeness.
