Work out to build lean muscle which will burn fat quick, and run/jog to increase metabolism. Once you lose enough fat weight, start taking PUMPTECH by Muscletech, and instead of taking it with water take it with a small protien drink about thirty min. before workout. Workout with heavy weights so that you bulk up quickly. (The bulking period made me gain around 10-15 pounds). I lost almost 60 pounds in the last 9 months by doing this. It really works.
