I tried eating salad for whole weak but it only makes me weak..So I tried leancuisine now. I ran/walk for 6 miles/60 mins/850++ calories everytime I'm offshift in the morning and do a bike program thing at night and body build onshift and offshift. I burn around 1k calories that day. I will start taking the Noxplode after I go down to 165lbs...right now I'm 176.5lbs. I tried working with heavy weights with the proper form.
