The movie. It's been out for a while so it's cheap. Worst case scenario, it can't be more than $25. Besides, then you can watch it both English or Japanese.

If you want to see a series based on a real blood-related brother and sister love story, check out Koi Kaze. I think I've stated this before, but it is an excellent drama series. The subject is touchy and questionable to say the least (Brother is 27, Sister is 15), but the storytelling and true-to-life scenario makes for an excellent series with a great ending.
