PVC Pipe and o-rings from lowes!! You can even put a slight notch in it to hold the o-rings still. I got a cuople of friends who've done that. I've never been that big though. I went to 5/8" in one ear, and a 2 in the other, then went to a "charter school" basically a school for trouble makers and I had to take them out.
