If you have 3000 rollover minutes and you drop down to a plan where you get 1000 package minutes......you can't carry over or bring with you but 1000 rollover minutes of those 3000 you had. I guess you could use them up by yapping a lot, but the point is that even if you stay with Cingular you can't always take the minutes with you.
Cingular also has some kind of clause that says "the customer is always right/happy" or something like that. Too bad they don't do that at all.
