u wanna bet??? as an ex power lifter and aspiring teenage body builder whose trainer was mr. georgia in 95 i think i kno wat im talkin bout! hell professional bodybuilders usually put on 40-50lbs in off season 2 help. think about it, without fat in ur joints u wouldnt be able 2 lift anything remotely heavy, im not sayin 2 get fat but put on some fat, its easy enough 2 lose
