    Default Computer problems!!! "Need system disc"

    I just installed a new harddrive on my computer (Compaq Presario S4200NX). After I copied everything over from my original harddrive, I'm getting an error saying I need the "system disc". I have a recover disc set (or 7 CDs) but this is not working. Doesnt anyone know where I can download a system disc since my recovery disc isnt working. Thanks!!!

    Compaq is your problem. Have you tried to do a system restore? You will possibly need to reformat your computer. Hit me on aim or something so I know more of what it is doing.

    Nah I think he just copy the files from the old HD over to the new HD, when you actually have to do an install on the new HD to get it to work...compaq are better than they used to be, but they still suck...
