    its a serving program, basically you can connect to any server on the network that mirc offers and then put channels on the specific server. like my server (irc.irchighway.net) is one of 1000's of servers on the mirc network. basically you d/l mirc, then type in (in the dialog box) /server irc.irchighway.net....and you are connected to my server....if you connect....type /join #elitewarez....then in that dialog box....type /query ELeMeNt

    you have to have some knowledge of computers to do this, and if you connect to my server i can obtain your ip and walk you through it
