Well a credit check isn't a lease. It doesn't bind you to anything. BUT why would you fill out a credit check if you weren't going to be on the lease.Originally Posted by b18hatch
i signed a credit check but whenever we got rent until the combined system kicked in with utilities, the rent was in my girls name and didnt have me on it at all. i honestly dont remember signing anything other than the credit check but when we moved in, i was in a rush cause i had to go to work (shitty excuse) but they never gave me a copy of any of the paperwork at all so im not sure what i signed
