I can't stop getting cars.

Well. The trip went well. HATEd to drop the Duke off, but I am assured to get it back so all is well. Picked the car up and loaded it on the trailer. Spent the weekend on the beach and drove him on Sunday. Drove it off of the trailer and unloaded the truck full of parts I got with it. I put 4 tie downs on the car. When I got back home, I noticed that 3 were loose and one was missing. thank goodness nothing happened. Look for it soon.

Uhhhh... I'm sure you know this already, but those tie downs are not nearly strong enough to hold that car down. Ask PhantomSilvia, just because you put on two 1,000lb straps together does not give you 2,000lbs capacity. She lost a Mustang (if I remember correctly) years ago doing exactly what you did. Thank God nothing happened because that car looks like it's in great shape!

I had that red one on one side, and a yellow fatty strap for holding heavy equipment on the other side. Then the same set up on the back. Next time im going to use fattys on all 4 sides.
