    Default New Trailer

i finally found my trailer. i am glad i waited because i found the perfect one. it's only 750 pounds, has a toolbox, winch and tire rack. this was used for a Porsche 914 race car for many years. The ramps are long so a car as low as an inch and a half of the ground can be dragged up with no scrapping. i told my wife this was not just for me but that I'd try to make some money with it. I can regain some of the cost by scrapping an old altima i have in the yard. But if anyone need to drag home a project or wants to scrap something I'm ready. It's probably couldn't handle a huge car or truck. It's many for our old jap cars that don't weigh anything. i am going to try and advertise on JNC/ratsun and try to transport a few classics around the country. I might just try to get a hitch for my Crown and tow my B210 to The Mitty. That would be sweet as hell.

Very cool, Charles. I've been planning on getting one as soon as I get a vehicle to pull it. Later, QD.

It's fresh coat of primer on it now, the guy insisted on paiting it before i got it. Of course it could use a nice coat of gloss silver to match the truck. I really need a bunch of cool stickers for the box!

Thats ok. You can modify it later if that law comes to pass.

I can pull it for you to now since I just scored a Chevy Dually on Air Ride. Yay!

cool man, i hope i can sometime. I am going on vacation next week, but after that anytime.

I was wondering if anyone has expirence with winches. i was tested my trailor yesterday on the car in my yard and i think i burned it up. The old car was kinda stuck and when i tryed to pull it out the winch jammed up. It just makes the sound now and doesn't turn. I hope i can fix it, i really like that it had a winch. i have cum-a-longs but that sucks after the winch.
