Default Pictures of my EDIS & Megasquirt upgrade

I already had the Multiport manifold so i was just changing the ECU and ignition system

Here are a bunch of In progress shots

    and here are some after

I've got my EDIS module and add fuses hidden behind that steel mesh screen. I've got some last touch up things to do like my injector wiring. (need to make it pretty), but it runs and drives great.

Mine really dosn't leave the garage. People across the street think it is a tool bench.

once again great job getting the car up and running on the megasquirt, what pcb and firmware are you running. im going to be running a ms1 pcb 2.2. I already have the ecu built and ready to install as soon as i get back, did you build your own ecu or buy the prebuilt ?

I went with a Ms2 3.0 pcb. I bought mine in pieces with full intent to build it, but when i went to hang out with my friend to sit down and build it he told me he had a complete 3.0pcb unit never run, already assembled (by DIY) with a Map Daddy. So he just gave me that one and we sat around and played Wii. I think he assembled that one and is running it on his AE86 actually...

And i'm running Ms2extra 2.1.0 and i use Tuner Studio. TS is freaking awesome, if you've never used it definitely take a look at it.

I fully plan on messing with the sequential injection when MS3 comes out as well ^_^... and boost control... and fan control.... and rev limiting... and every other Megasquirt option the system offers.

Im actually using linux as my OS on my laptop so TS isnt an option for me , I have Megatunix right now which I like although I have yet to really use it real time. I am going to be running an msd 6al2-p for ignition and timing control so 100% will be controlled by that fuel only by the megasquirt and for boost control it will be manual for a while .
