VW RACING
here is a couple of pics from back in the day around 2000 when me and my family used to race in mexico.... i got very little seat time couse of my young age, so mainly it was my dad and cousins who raced.... i don remember he year of the car.... its a vw caribe, here i think it was called the golf gti???? the whole body was fiberglass except for the roof and hood, wide body upgrade, no interior, just a panel for the guages and swiches.... 2 fuel pumps.... and a 1.8l engine what was a beast.... well i think it was a 1.8l.... carburated with 1 weber with extended manifold..... well it was a fun car to race.... it was raced in a cup series and in a couple of rallys.......
the last pic was of my dads first rally car, it was an old skoo vw bug.... i was abou 2 years old when that pic was taken.... it was raced for rally only.... its only an ass shot but thats all i could find on the bug........
