Old School Dyno Night, Day?

Lol....im gonna have to adjust all the crap on my car tomorrow....i fucked up my idle last night hahaha. I should have just left things the way they were....now i have to go back through all my settings on my cables and such.

Advanced my timing and fucked with my idle afterward, I just gotta reset the idel and loosen the throttle cable...i set it too stiff so it revs down sloooow. XD

^Ehh...its different. Powerband isnt the same though.

when i advanced mine, the top end deff felt alot better, I feel safer reving it to 6500 in gear now.

There was about 8 of us I think. Might've been about a dozen since there were ppl on their way out when I got there around 9ish after getting lost.

yea it was like 3 or 4 ppl that actually dynoed. snoopy, should have stayed. mainstream is hidden on all maps. mapquest, and a gps couldnt find it lol. I would have been there at likek 715 but i drove around looking for the place for 45 min.

But lets dry and do this in early march and have a lil bbq. They said they will empty the parking lot and let us grill. Who's up for that?

Sorry I didn't make it either. I had a flat tire and found out that my brake lights don't work. I was trying to get someone to follow me down there, when I got the tire fixed, but couldn't find anyone. Pretty sad when the thread starter can't make it. Sorry guys.

We could make something work out for a meet near mainstream in the future, but our first meet in march will probably be at Mary-alice park again. The main reason is no one will be spending any money at the Mary-Alice park meet. We want everyone to save all of their "extra pennies" so at the May Old skool meet, no one can say "I don't have the $40 bucks to pay to get in to the Walter Mitty Historic races and do some parade laps on the track." If we have a good showing at the Mitty, I'll feel certain that we can start putting on some cooler events. Something other than just a car meet. (START SAVING SOME CASH FOR THE WEEKEND OF MAY THE NINTH!) We'll do a dyno event sometime after this, maybe July or September.
